turnigy compact charger c3 questions

i got this lipo charger for x-mas. i opened it up plughed it in it turned on i puluged in my lipo and 2 houres later i checked on it it was still all red charging lights for all 3 cells, and plus the fan had turned off. is this normal? how long does this charger take to charge a 11.1? any help is usefull plz.

Yeah, IIRC, the basic turnigy lipo charger is a 750 mA charger, so if you've got a 2500 mAh lipo, it'll take about 3-4 hours to charge.

Yes that is normal. The fan only turns on when it is needed. Admin is correct it is 750 mah per cell so the charger actually puts out 2.25 amps per hour total.
