So I think there should be a minimum post count to post in the for sale section. It seems like a lot of the time people only join for exposure to sell something. Let's get real, this isn't craigslist and I find it a little offensive for people to treat it like it is. I'm not suggesting anything irrational, but just like a minimum of 20 posts or so to be able to post up a thread in the for sale section.

Re: Minimum post
I believe 20 posts is a bit ridiculous as some people don't go on here to post as much as they read
Some peeps are getting outa airsoft and just want to get rid of their gear without building a relationship with others on the forum. You are correct that this is NOT Craigslist but this is a public forum.
At the least, the seller should post on the Welcome thread a detailed description of them self before posting in the B/S/T thread. I have purchased from craigslist before without building a relationship with the seller.
when dealing with any stranger there is always risk involved and that's just the chance you have to take if you want an item bad enough.....................just my .2

Re: Minimum post
Good point Q some people use this forum to read reviews and to see when the next game is.Also I see alot of people who just want to sell airsoft stuff on other forums just post in b/s/t so I think a welcome post an then a b/s/t post should be fine.At least we'll get a chance to welcome them.

Re: Minimum post
yeah i see what your saying but it isnt hard to get 20 posts. And even if they dont wanna establish a relationship everyone could use their insight and experience with thingsQ-bald wrote:I believe 20 posts is a bit ridiculous as some people don't go on here to post as much as they read

Re: Minimum post
I think it's a great idea. 20 posts is good, that is enough for members to get an idea of what kind of person the guy/girl is and it might encourage more people to become a part of the community.
