acne on back after game

Ive played 2 summer games since 2008 and every time my shoulders get covered in acne within the next two days.

At George town, i was really hitting the dirt in the vietnam area where there was a whole lot of brush.
At ACZ lasy saturday, im guessing it may have come from the rivine all the way in the back

I shower as soon i as get home and shows up the following day. Anybody else experince this or know what its from it doesnt itch or anything, its just there?

My opinion its heat rash small white heads right under the skin i get it on my legs nothing to worry about should go away

yeah i just read about it. Apparently some of the deployed troops getting it call it "iraq-ne"

it's the sweat and dirt clogging pores forming zits. it's normal but i don't think there's any way to prevent it

my shoulders are covered... it does not look normal

You could just be "allergic" to sweating. IDK. Are you always wearing the same shirt when you play? Maybe it's the detergent. I get it when I am in full kit for a few days, or all day if it is super nasty out. Mostly in the areas where my gear sits right on my shoulders/chest/back. And yea, it's gross, but it goes away in a day or so. It helps if I change my shirt if possible.
