Ive seen a few matrix break, systema's suck and break also. pretty much anything else is good.

concurring with rhino, stay away from systema springs

i've been using JBU m120 for over 10k rounds so far. it's abit hotter than other m120's
mine chrono's with stock components and good airseal at 410-420 fps. the stock spring was 348 fps.
