True, I see the stubby as an alternative for those that are on the smaller side but don't want to be outgunned on the field. Because the barrel is shorter you will have to sacrifice a bit of the accuracy (minimal if at all). With the little I got to play with this gun, I would say that it is a really nice aeg that just happens to be short! Good gun.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
yea it does. But rate of fire usually depends on battery voltage and some wiring devices such as a mosfet.

Ok cool. I've actually just decided that I'm going to get a p90. I just haven't chosen if I should get it from echo 1 or classic army. I've heard that classic army p90 has good internals at stock, but the body is all plastic. I don't mind that it's plastic but I don't want it to like break on me in the middle of a game. I've also heard that the echo 1 p90 has great externals like a full upper metal reviever but the "hybrid" ver 6 gearbox is junk. Does anyone have a ca p90 and have any comments on it, because I'm kinda leaning toward it now

I have actually never liked classic army internals, but I would stick with the Echo 1.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
Really? Well I'm actually planning on upgrading some of the internals once I get the p90 anyway cto get a better rate of fire. Cause I read that both the echo 1 and the ca have pretty average rate of fire. So I guess stock internals don't matter too much (in this situation)

True, I dont think I even read that part, but the Echo1 guns have come a long way and I am getting close to actually comparing them to the TM guns.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
I personally love CA and my CA gearbox has kept most of its internals the same from day 1. Echo 1 seems to be hit or miss. I have an Echo 1 MP5 and everything is stock and it shoots like a dream, but other people say that their gearboxes are crap, and they lock up or destroy pistons.
If you want a good RoF, I have a turbo motor for sale. Check BST thread.

Eh, there are a select few E1's that are good.#CW!!ZERO wrote:True, I dont think I even read that part, but the Echo1 guns have come a long way and I am getting close to actually comparing them to the TM guns.
The P90 (KS rebrand) is overrated IMO. A friend of mine has one, and it's decent. The RoF is good, but that's just because it comes with a 9.6v. The mag is terrible.
The E1 G36c (JG rebrand) is good, the AUG (JG rebrand) is good, and the newer M14 (CYMA rebrand) series is good.
I've never liked the E1 M4/M16 series. But maybe I'm just biased against clone V2's.

I love the jg series of armalites. I purchased there m4 when it first came out a few years ago and it lasted a good 60,00 rounds and still kept on going before the barrel snapped off and i parted the gun out.

The ca p90 is also a sporline, so I don't know if that changes like the internals or anything but yah. Thought I'd throw that in there

I am pretty sure that the sportline model has only cosmetic differences, but you best bet is to type it in on google and find out.

Be prepared though if you get lots of mags to have a harder time finding a tactical vest to hold them.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
Rhino just completed the upgrades to my son's AGM stubby.
It's shooting around 29 BPS with a M120 spring, Matrix turbo motor, Deepfire piston and Lipo.
It turned out nice and will definitely rock on the field.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
I have not had the opportunity to test out the CA Sportline P90. I was told by Spartan Imports (the US distributor of CA) that the gearbox and motor are the same in the Sportline versions as whats in their full metal versions.
I will say that the CA Sportline M15A4 (M4) is lighter and the externals feel more cheaply made than the ECHO 1/JG M4's. With that said, the only external on my Sportline M15A4 that has broken is the forward assist button.

Actually Brandon "B-BOY" got the P90, rhino is just upgrading it, but shoot bboy a PM and he will most likely be happy to tell you about it.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
I though I was possitive about a p90, but I seriously just can't make my mind up between the and m4 and the e90. I chose both of these for cqb and now I think it's up to the rod, cause I really don't care About the fps. Has anyone shot both of these guns and think that 1 I better than the other?
