Oh gotcha. I wonder how much mid caps hold... But yah if I get a p90 the the first thin I'm buying is a high cap casue the 2 standard cap mags that the e90 comes with will not last for long at all during a game. Haha.

Haha alright thanks man. AnD I have a question. How much mom do you think it would take to upgrade an echo 1 e90s rof up to like the low 30s?

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
Um im really not sure cause I have never worked with echo so i dont know the strength of the internals, but if you dont have alot of money it is better to stay stock cause if something breaks from high speed wear then you could be outta a gun for a while
But if the stock piston is strong enough, you could probably get by with getting one of the Matrix Turbo motors for $45 and shaving a tooth or two on your piston so it doesnt catch the piston too early and rip it apart.

Yacool, I was wondering how much money I was goin to have To work up to upgrade. But maybe I should just stick with buying like red dots or something to put on the gun rather than in it. And wait till I'm a little older to start messin with the insides

Insides can be very difficult if you dont know what your doing, i took my first AEG apart at 14 and it took me about 2 weeks to get it all back together, but now I can do all AEGs and most snipers and gas pistols, but its really easy once you learn it.

I think about 13 with little spring pistols, but about 14 was my first aeg and it was a cheap m4, then got my baby, the G-Spec, about at 15 i think.

Gotta give ya props!
Once I mustered the courage to tear one apart I found they are easy to get apart and hard to get back together! Now I am OK doing it and have done several but I still think ya need a third hand before it would ever be easy!

Haha a third hand would be great right now. The first gun I bought was some crappy ak. So once I get a new one, I'll take the old one apart, cause I don't really care about it being together

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
by the way zero, i was looking at some stuff for the e90 and i found out that it had a plastic piston with aluminum ported head. is that good enough to stand a high moter? or is that not enough information to tell?

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
If you have a high speed setup, then you always want plastic piston, but yeah it will be fine as long as a tooth or two are shaven off which i will do for you, but over time the piston will wear out so i would recommend getting the ANGEL SUPER HIGHSPEED PISTON which is the one that is currently in my gun and it is amazing, they sell it at airsoft atlanta but airdog might also be able to get it to you.
But yeah I have been doing gearboxes for about 3 1/2 years now so i got it down to a science now, but I have had many different guns that people have let me fix.

+1. I've got one in my (out of action) highspeed KWA G36c, and it's great.#CW!!ZERO wrote: ANGEL SUPER HIGHSPEED PISTON

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
Oh yes they are amazing, they already come short stroked, which is nice, but you have to take like 5 teeth off of the sector gear for it to work, but it does reduce your fps by quite some bit cause its not pulling the piston back as far, but if you throw a 120 in there it will bring you back up.

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
and remember to shave the last toot and half the second one off so the gear can get a better cetch on the piston. that is what zero and i did to our guns also increases rate of fire

I know this is probably gonna sound like a really stupid question but what is torque. Cuz it said the e90 had a high torque motor

Re: AGM m4 cqb stubby Part 1
the more torque the more pulling power for a higher feet per second spring it also means lower ROF/BPS (rate of fire/ BB's per second). Torque is not good for speed
