Aimpoint on front mount, Harris Bipod, and Silencer are a must. Cool

Also, Youi need flat khaki and brown krylon paint to make a desert tigerstripe paint job, once you do this your gun will be sex. Wink .

I'm thinking more along the lines of an EOtech and a magnifier.

You've got a thing for desert camo, don't you?

^The TM SOC 16's are awesome.
It's got excellent range due to the TM M14 hopup design (awesome) and it's pretty ergonomic too. I dare say it's the best gun I've ever handled. The only downside is that you need to pop in an M100 and metal bushings to make it more field-ready, especially if you're playing a lot of unlimited games.

I've been an M14 fanboy since... well... forever.
