Re: anti fog spray
The principle is the same as we use in SCUBA diving to keep our masks from fogging up at 100 feet. First clean the goggles with dish soap to get rid on any surface oil. Then apply a small dab of PLAIN (not mint or whitening) toothpaste to the inside (and I do out side but that is just me). Rub it around. This helps get in all the micro cracks of the lens since no surface is 100% smooth. Rinse and repeat with toothpaste about 2-3 more times. At this point some people apply a "no-fog" spray coating to the lenses. I just use Johnson's and Johnson's baby shampoo. Take one or two drops (some people dilute it 50/50 with water but I don't) and rub it around well. Then let it sit for about 1 min and rinse it away (DON'T RUB!!). Poof, you should be fog free your next game. From then on out, all I do for the next 5-10 games is just use the baby shampoo and clean them out. My tact goggles are hard foam sealed, not that sponge crap, so I can use the baby shampoo right before the game and rinse off without having wet goggles for the game. If yours are sponge foam, I would let them dry for a day before trying to take them out. Just DO NOT touch the inside of your goggles with anything that has oil on it INCLUDING your bare hands!!!

Re: anti fog spray
Ive tried using toothpaste and all that, but it never worked for me.
Like Twitch, I just got the FlakJaks and removed the vents. Never have I been more pleased in my life.
