Will this vest fit me?

I have a very small build,
5'2"
100lbs
26" around the center of my chest

Will this be at least somewhat snug against me, tightened all the way?
I don't want it flopping all around during combat.

Its gunna be sagging on you at that size. My advice is, give yourself some time to grow, in the mean time, try out battle belts! They are excellent alternatives and look good to boot. Of course, you can try out vests as well, but they won't fit you very well.

Those are pretty hard to adjust. If I were you I would go for a chest rig like and RRV or something like that. Much more adjustable than most vests.

Gotta mention that I already ordered awhile ago, and I didn't think about size until recently.
Well, gonna find out soon.

I've seen some YouTube vids and it might fit me.
Some people say that it can fit down pretty low, around 5'.
