Hey, I've got an extra pair of boots lying around. They're unserviceable for garrison wear and they're a little too big on me. So you can have them, if you want them. They're made by Bates, have a Vibram sole, and are a size 12.5. Boot sizes can be tricky, but I wear a 13 running shoe and these are about a half-size to a size too big (we didn't really have time to try them on when they were issued haha.) So if you want them, I don't have room for them and I'm moving in a couple days so let me know quick so I can get them shipped to you. You'd just need to pay for shipping, which would be like 5-10 bucks at the very MOST.
