Trigger contacts question!

Everyone has herd of the dreaded trigger contacts burning out. Well the thing is it happened to me. Someone told me it was a $10 fix and then just opening the gun.

I need to know where i can buy the trigger stuff.

What kind of gun do you have. How do you know it's a trigger contacts issue? What's it doing?

if you still have enough metal remaining, you can just clean it and pinch the female end a little tighter. were you using LiPo without a mosfet or high mAH 9.6v? a sign of trigger contact wear is when you pull the trigger all the way and it takes a moment for it to shoot. then eventually, it doesn't shoot at all. it's a progressive problem and not an instant problem. if it all of a sudden quit shooting, it could be caused by other than fouled up or worn out trigger blocks.

unless he has gearbox experience , i wouldn't take his word for it. there were many times when an owner said he has a gearbox/trigger problem (not shooting) and it was just a weak battery on a stronger spring.

Yeah unless you really trust this guy, I wouldnt be buying broken guns from random people. there could be more wrong with it then you know.

Yea it could be alot of things. I was teching someones gun and he was like i think it is the trigger contacts turns out the motor wire was disconnected.
