i just got a new echo 1 asc and im wondering should i open the gear box and re-shim the thing?

what do you mean by angle of engagement. sorry im new to upgrading this will only be my second gear box ive ever opened.

also i have a back up g&g Gr16 blowback that i just re-shimed and fixed its about 6months old. would it be a good idea to swap the gears from the g&g with the gears in the echo 1?

nylon washers behind piston head is better in my opinion

nylon washers work fine if the gearbox is reinforced and doesn't need impact protection. some builds require more protection than others.

heavy spring and heavy piston on full auto.

it wont have any affect.
Also can you add a sorbo after AOE has been adjusted
