Hey everyone I'm about to get a used TM M16 all upgraded, its currently shooting 8-9 bps which is all too low for me. I would like to get it up to 15+ nothing higher than 20 bps. I was thinking I should get a matrix turbo motor, do you guys recommend anything as good or better and under $60?

What kind of spring does it have in it?
G&G makes some excellent motors, and I'll need to know what king of spring it's got to tell you which one would work best.

8-9 rps? That means something is wrong, unless you are pulling a friggen m140 or higher.
I am still trying to sell my turbo motor for $60...

Get a G&P M120. EG700's are pretty bad for hightorque. But the EG1000 is pretty nice.Airsoftguy238 wrote:It's got a m120 and a marui eg700 and alumninum piston

The only bad things I've heard about G&P M120's are when people try to use them as hightorque motors, which they are not.

Yeah I was reading last night and they sounds like crap, I would stick with either the Matrix or Systema Turbo motors.

Ditto that . . . the Matrix is great for the $$ . . . your rate of fire sounds REALLY low even for that setup . . . sounds like you are still running 8.4v?? If so, try throwing a high discharge rate 9.6v on it . . . cheaper and ususally better bang-for-the-buck speed change than a new motor.

+1 to systema motors. They are the best non-stock motors that I have used.

But you have to fix the shorting out problem or it will come back to bite you over time.
