Hey you guys, I want to get another gun that has good range and good ROF. I was look at the AGM Stubby because my friend has one upgraded and its got an insane ROF, but I'm skeptical how good the range will be, so I'm thinking about if I get one and putting a longer tightbore barrel on it and putting a supressor on it. But do you guys know any guns wiht good range and good rof out of the box?

Re: My Next Gun?
Not that I want EVERYONE to get one cuz since I got mine I have noticed three others that popped up in the last game but the A&K LR300 is the best out of the box gun I have shot in that price range. I believe AIRDOG has more on the way in but I gotta say it is a great little piece!!

If you're willing to spend a bit more, then the Classic Army M16 (M15A4 Rifle) is a great gun. I have one, and the range is remarkable, and the RoF is bad at all as well.

Re: My Next Gun?
How is the ROF on the LR300 and is the LR300 the same as the G300? and can it easily hit someone at 130+ feet easy?

Re: My Next Gun?
In "MY" OPINION it would be a waste of money to buy the GG. All they do is stamp there name on the A&K LR300 and throw in about 20 bucks worth of parts and charge way more.... but to each is own

Re: My Next Gun?
Id personally get a CYMA SOC16. and a 9.6v, with maybe a M120. Its an extremely accurate stock gun, and if you want a long range assault rifle on the cheap, itd be your best bet IMO. Although the newer A&K's are really solid, and Tinman's LR300 looked really solid.

Anything can support the "rof" lol. Pick any JG or better brand throw in 100bux in upgrades and you will have the gun you want.

Re: My Next Gun?
Best out of the box gun I have shot in the under $200 range by far . . . ROF is great and the foregrip holds a 2/3a 9.6v nunchuck easily which gives a nice ROF stock . . . The A&K motors are just beasts! The magnets in them will suck my allen wrench set up from a few inches away!Admin wrote:Tinman's LR300 looked really solid.
Again . . . nothing is perfect but it is a nice gun and I have another one on order!

ONLY with the revolution hop up of course.
For me, I would go with a professionally built custom (either by store or individual trademark). But his custom would be to the likings of a M4 or M15.

Re: My Next Gun?
I don't see why an M14/SOC16 would have any less RoF than any other type of gun...

Re: My Next Gun?
Who told you that? It's not like the M14 design limits your RoF. My M14 had an excellent RoF before I put an M130 in it. Even after the spring, it's still got crisp response and a great RoF with my Powerizer 8.4v.Airsoftguy238 wrote:most stock m14s aren't gonna break 15 rps

Re: My Next Gun?
I believe that would be operator's error. I got about 16rps in my Cyma m14 with a 8.4. Of course its nothing a EG1000 or a Matrix Magnum can't fix.Airsoftguy238 wrote:from experience from friends guns my friends cyma m14 getsprobably 12-13rps with a 9.6v intellect nunchuk and my friends agm goes 10-11rps

Re: My Next Gun?
It shoots stock over 400fps . . . have not paced it off but have made numerous shots in the 150ft+ range . . . have not encountered an area at local fields I cannot adequately shoot across with it.Airsoftguy238 wrote:Tinman whatts the maximum range on yours? And how sturdy is it?
The second game I played with it I fell on top of it after tripping on a root running full speed . . . no, it was not graceful. I was worried as it would have snapped a plastic receiver gun but it did not have a hiccup. That is one of the reasons I am getting a second one!
