Summer loadout, need opinions

So, I just got some money, and I need some gear. Here's what I plan on buying:
Flyye OTS Molle Platform (replica of the TAD GearBandoleer) - Multicam
Pantac PACA - Foliage green
ITW Military Gen II FASTmags x4 - Foliage Green
Emdom Wide Load 3" pack (will be mounted on back and will carry a 1L Camelback reservior) - Multicam
Tru-Spec Multicam Combat Shirt
ALTA Superflex kneepads - Multicam
Pantac Dump Pouch - FG
Need some sort of FG facepro.

Here's what I've got that I'll be wearing:
Propper ACU MC trousers
Bates 9" boots
Propper MC boonie
Mechanix Pro Impact gloves

Any suggestions? Has anyone used Flyye gear? How is it? I've heard it's comparable to or maybe right below Pantac stuff. I got the idea for the Emdom Pack w/ 1L camelback from MilitaryMorons, so hopefully that'll work out well.

I'll most likely be using a Combat Machine M4 with this loadout.

Those aren't bad choices considering the heat of the summer, so you really broke everything down, I think you'll have a nice loadout

No go on that bandoleer man, looks like something Harrison Ford would wear in a StarWars movie. Grab a highspeed LBV or something.

Ima have to agree here,im not a fan of the bondoleer thingy. Everything else looks good. Flyee gear is the same as pantac.

IMO the bandolier looks iffy. it sorta looks like the mags will fall out. Who knows? maybe it works very well.

They won't fall out with real FASTmags.

Maybe a Pantace Paraclete HPC instead of the bando+PACA?

I feel like if a plate carrier is loose around your body its going to be very annoying when running and moving. The bandoleer seems like it would make the problem worse unless it would be extremely tight to the body.Get a PC.

I would stick with a PC, it may be a little bit hotter, but you still have the security of your mags not falling out

the fast mags hold the mags perfectly so stop saying they will fall out or wont be secure!!

Trents right the mags are specificly made for that application so they won't come out unless you take them out on purpose guys

no your wrong to! its not the mags themselves its the actual fast mag product that holds the mags

The ridges on the mags are made so the fast mag product can grip it better is what I was told

those fast mags are so not worth that money if you really want one i will sell you one for 5 bucks

Skd has the pig plate carriers now and those looks pretty cool,if i had the money and wanted a pc i would probably get one of those. The ei pc is a great piece of kit so it can only imporove from that. Idk bout the one you jsut posted,ive never seen anybody use one of those before.

yeah i would go with the chest rig i like shingle mag pouchs my self i can draw those just as well as the fast mag and it gives you room to add molle to them and it will hold m4 mags in with the bands off to the side.

the most effective way to play in the summer is a couple of hicaps in your trouser pockets and a tshirt.


The bandolier rig actually looks pretty cool in that picture, and like shemeckal said, the shingle mag puches hold the magazines really securely

Well, it looks like Esstac's website is no more (out of business I guess) so no more MC LBB's will be made/shipped.

Now thinking maybe an HSGI Weesatch and CRYE Combat Shirt?

EDIT: Done a little looking on the Multicam Addict forums, and I think I'll go with the OPS Direct Action combat shirt seeing as I'd rather have the underarmour torso than the FR one.

Weesatch I may end up getting a PanTac one just because it's going to be a little cheaper (especially if I decide to go with the combat pants as well), and I'll be adding the HSGI shoulder pads

Combat Shirt As you can see, the torso on this one is an UnderArmour-like material, unlike the CP one which is a flame-resistant (but less breathable and therefore worse for airsoft) torso.

Combat Pants

I haven't decided yet if I want to spring for the combat pants. I've got MC ACU trousers, but, as with every pair of pants I've used for airsoft, they've torn in the crotch. The Combat Pants have a four-way stretch panel above the knee though which should eliminate this problem. I guess it just comes down to whether or not I really want to spend my winnings on a $185 pair of pants.
