I'd get a Magnum motor if you're going for about 400 FPS.

I would get Turbo for 400 fps. Everything that Nic said is what u want to get. I would AOE the piston though.

motor 47, spring 17, mosfet 35, piston 30-33, piston head 15-17, gears about 40, labor 60, you may need a few other things. But really you dont need to do all that stuff. Stop by and see me and I can give you other options
