Flexfit Operator Hats

OK, i got a small shipment of some new hats today, and here is the end result.

These fit much better and most of all are cooler! the originals were rather warm at BHD!

Looks very nice. I'd be very interested in a CB one.

Yeah I will eventually. I want to get the OD one finished, get a brown one in and check it out before I place a large order. The issue right now is with this style hat the Only appealing colors to the tactical world are Khaki, OD, and Black. And most of the others I fear would be uncomfortable for airsoft, being made of wool and all.

I plan on ordering what the site has labeled as "brown" to see what it looks like in person. The pictures are never what the true shade is.

I will continue to look and let you know. If I could find a Multicam, CB, and Ranger Green Flexfit I would be ecstatic!

I hope to have some stock of the finished products soon! When they are in I will be positng them in the FS area.

I've got the "brown" one on the way so we will see what it looks like. I'm afraid it will be to dark, but can't be sure until i see it in person.

UPDATE: Added the OD Hat, turned out very nice I think.

I got the brown one in today, and It's to dark to me. It was a washed fabric or something like that so it almost looks a little chocolate with a touch of gray?? hard to explain, but I am still searching for a CB or comparable color.

Heres the hat, it's very comfortable just too dark I think. I will probably put some loop on it just to see since I have extra.

Put me down for a Khaki one!

Yo, those look TIGHT!

Maybe you could get a white hat and then dye it CB? I know that if you go to www.ritdye.com it shows how you can mix the dyes to make different colors.

But even if you can't, I'd probably still get an OD or Tan one, any idea how much these would cost?

Right now my wife is doing the stitchwork which is sufficient for just a few, but I'm still looking into the outsourcing part, because it's tough for her to get them done in a timely fashion with a soon to be 1 year old.

I'm looking at 22 dollars right now shipped. The original Khaki up top will be posted in a FS thread in a few minutes. Admin you will have first dibs if it fits you, it's L/XL

I'm all in for 1ea Khaki and OD....once I start getting a paycheck

My issue BDU/ACU PC(Patrol Cap) was a 7 1/2 that fits great when I have little to no hair.

Not sure yet if I will be growing it out. Maybe just on top....a little.

I'm going to have to put up some better pictures of the OD. It looks really good and those pics don't do it justice. Ive been wearing it to the gym and stuff to try and get it sweated, and broken in and get alot of, "Cool hat", "where'd you get it?"

Changes made. Going with a lighter weight hat for keeping the body temp cooler. the tan hat is somehwat darker now.
