This is my review on the A&K LR300 short version
This is a hard hitting gun.Factory crono was 430 fps. It weighs in at 6.5 lbs with mag in.The gun is full metal except for the hand guard,and Hand grip.The Grip looks awkward but is quite comfortable to hold. Sights are metal and fully adjustable for range and wind.
It comes with metal QD sling mounts. The sling mount for the hand grip area goes on the right side of the receiver making a single point sling awkward to use but this is so you don't bump the QD button with your body and drop the gun.Also it would be tough to fold the stock with sling mount on the left.
The stock will fold making this a CQB rifle ( fps is to high for CQB ) Length of rifle is 31.75 inches extended and 22.875 folded.
The battery is housed in the hand guard and will hold a 9.6 nun-chuck To access battery slightly turn guard to the left and move forward. Hand guard has a lot of wobble but wobble but is greatly reduced by installing sling mount in it.
The rifle has a Charging handle that can be pulled back and a forward assist but neither of them serve any function. The hop up is exposed by opening the bolt cover with your finger.
Accessories included with this rifle are:Plastic flash hider(orange) Metal phantom flash hider(orange),450 high cap mag,9.6 1200mah mini, cleaning rod,and a little bag of cheap BB's. Gun Does NOT come with a manual.
This is a fine piece but it does have it's flaws. I had some major hop up issues in the begining and the bucking is poor quality.
Rifle scratches very easily. High cap mag feeds poorly even after lubricating. But as any clone,be prepared to make minor repairs out of the box. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase.
