being a public speaker myself best piece of advice I can give you is get everything prepared in advance and practice it. do the speech for your mom or something and get her to tell you what she thinks, then practice to a wall till you are comfortable. And by practicing to a wall do it with your face like 5 inches from it so that way you train yourself not to sway or use to big of gestures.

took the quiz. i have an ap class as well andwe go over this stuff sometimes too. i don't care for it very much

Yep. All of my acting training really comes in handy when I've got to give speeches.
