I bought the throat mic that they were selling at airdog on the way home from the field today, and i tried it out and for only $30 it is a steal, worked fine, clear voices, now i can finally snipe and talk at the same time. Thanks airdog.

We got them at the store last week and field tested them at OP:SLIPGATE.
They work extremely well.

thats good to hear i was looking for one of these for Christmas. I'm guessing they dont come with the radio's though, is there any brand radio you would recommend to use with them?

I've had great luck with Motorola talkabout radios, you can get a two-pack at Walmart for like $40-$50 (or cheaper depending on the features you want).

i got a pack of 2 at radioshack in peachtree city by the publix for like $20 I think. They were motorola. I also got a headset there but i forgot how much it was.
