    air problem? Empty air problem?

    Post  Markerscope1 [SOTHG] 01.03.09 13:08

I have an AUG with a sniper kit. I recently got a new bore up kit (CA), fire-fly bucking, M130 spring and 650mm tight bore (madbull).
when i shoot it the bbs go about 5 ft and then hit the ground with the hop-up set up or down. so like 20fps?

    any ideas what is wrong?

    Get a new #14 o-ring and expand it with a heat-gun.

Your compression problems will go away.

i dont think its the O ring (the one in the gearbox). the gun shoots great with my Classic Army front assembly. when i put the one i made it doesnt work. i tried using the CA hopup and bucking and still problems.

Hmm, did you make sure that your tappet plate is hooked up with the spring, cause I left mine off once by mistake and that exactly how mine was shooting?

Well you can always bring it to Rhino, cause I couldnt tell you without opening it up, and Rhino is a good gun tech at airdog

How does it shoot with the longer barrel and without the bore up? My best guess is that the CA bore up nozzle is a tiny bit shorter than the JG one.

Could be, your best bet is to switch out the bore up kit for the regular cylinder set and see what happens, that way you can narrow down what might be wrong.
