I would get a different colored shemagh. The green just doesnt go well with the Desert Marpat.

Yes tactical barefoot is epic but I actualy wear killer elite flipflops. I am hoping ot get a new shemagh soon.

I remember a few years ago at an Op at Georgetown there was a guy who wore Teva sandals for the entire thing. All of his gear was pretty high speed but he didn't like boots for some reason.

If i wear civi for venom im soo wearing my sandals.

Side note: I hope you are feeling better. Sunday was great. Well, the last 20 or so minutes when DF made their big push on Overwatch. Take it easy and drink more water.

That scope is probably a little overkill as well for a midrange weapon not to mention airsoft.

Thanks Andy I think I have a sinus infection and the knife is usaly more to the side so I can pull it quick.

NJSC the REC7 shoots 400-450 FPS.

and what's the magnification on that scope? what range do you have with the REC7?

Yea scope is a bit overkill, put a ACOG on there or something along those lines.

The scope is just right. The range in FPS or feet... The scope is just right its now overkill because I'm going to remove the rear sight so it looks better.

Not sure....but I think RANGE is not measured in FPS. Pretty sure RANGE......is measured in feet. Or inches. Or meters. Or yards. Or miles. Or even Klicks...if you are familier with that term. But not...FPS. Unless you are saying "My BB traveles 450' per second."

In other words. How far does the rifle shoot?

Again, not sure....but I think the meaning of the sentence that your scope is overkill, does not refer to the SIZE of the scope in camparison to the rifle to which it is attached, but that the USE of that scope might be a bit much for the rifle since it most likely doesn't shoot as far as that scope can see.

Somebody square me away if I'm a little wrong here...

I agree, but I had a magnifying scope on my AEG for part of Venom to see if people were tan or green from a distance. It worked better than a spotting scope because you can see it through your goggles, it didn't help my accuracy though.

Fps is how fast the bb was going. Kinda like a car if a car is going 40 mph that's the speed its going does it mean the car is going to travel 40 miles probably not, but you will be getting to your destination faster. So in that reference if you hit 40mph and you let go of the gas you will start to decrease in speed then soon after stop. Same with bbs right out the barrel yes 450 fps ,but it doesn't have a constant thrust of 450fps.Then the bb starts to slow down and decrease in the level it was flying, And start its decent to the ground. So that scope would come in handy in space, but not here on earth where there is so called gravity ,and other frictions like air resistances. Leave it to me to give a physics lession haha. Now back on topic liking the desertmarpat . P.s I just learned half of this stuff and grew interest in it,and now is looking at its affects on airsoft yess I know lame.
