The bad part is 1: If I bring women, mine will kill me, and I will bring vodka instead. (and we will not have issues with "cannot hold drink idiots") and 2: Moose just blames me to his wife for his spending anyways.
I know that I will help my CO to victory, but with my damn smile will be on my face the whole time.

At the moment, AIRDOG does not conduct any joint operations with Georgetown.
We use Battlezone as our exclusive field in GA for larger OPs.
You guys will not be dissappointed by the 165 acre Battlezone field.

I am also looking for a CO and XO for the SC team.
Please let me know if you can help me find some good candidates.
    Thanks!

    TAK
Tak, Garrett is referring to the plans that were made to host the game at Georgetown before AIRDOG took it over. His information is a bit out-dated.

Anyway, some of us who know the SC guys are planning on running with them to balance out the numbers, as it seems the date set for the event doesn't work for a lot of the AOSC players.

Poop I have a TSD SD96 (APS-2 clone), that is upgraded with Angel Custom cylinder parts and the Airsoft GI Sear Set with metal trigger box, Guarder piston cup, Edgi 6.01mm barrel, and stock hop up unit. It shoots 441 fps with a .3 gram bb, and has good range and accuracy. I carried it at OP Venom, but this was before the Edgi barrel was put in. I love it Very Happy Do you own a sniper rifle as well?

    No problem AlphaRomeo.
    Thank you for the information.
AIRDOG would like to accomodate the SC players as much as possible.
I am working on lowering the game entry price to $20 for SC players that present a valid SC driver's lisc.
I hope this helps increase the participation from the SC community.

    Game on guys!
The official story line and mission teasers will be released in the coming days.

That should help them a bit. I doubt enough of them will show, but what I'm getting is that a fair amount of good players will. Hopefully my team and our friends running with SC will balance it enough.

Also, are cold-burning smokes allowed on the field? I assume Thunder-B's are?

Cold Smoke = Yes, Thunder B's = Yes, Pyro = NO, firecrackers = NO, Smoke that needs to be lite with a flame = NO.

Thanks Stuckmojo for taking the leadership as the CO for the SC team.
There are several GA teams and players that are planning to also run with SC to help balance the sides.

We typically allow cold burning smoke, but there was an issue at the last game with players that did not know how to properly use smoke grenades.
In short, the player(s) did not allow the flame to extinguish after activating and there was a small fire on the hill top.
Please see me at the event if you have cold burning smoke.
I am willing to discuss with Gunner and make some exceptions for more experienced operators.

AIRDOG is also looking for teams that are interested in playing on the SC side.
As most of you know, the SC player count may come up short which would result in a lop sided game.
We have some teams and players that have expressed interest.
I would like to gauge the numbers for SC support before we decide our strategy in team changes.
Please post up if you are planning to play on the SC side.

ODA 105 and Squad Benning will run on the South Carolina side.

That adds 10 confirmed, plus another 2-5 going. (10-15)

Let me know if the SC group needs a Force XO.

    Thanks Z!
I think you could greatly support the SC team as XO.
The XO position is yours if Stuckmojo (CO) does not have one selected.

Thanks again for supporting our SC players.

This is how I will speak for three of us who will play on sc side:

"I play on soth karolina side. I hafe too othars wth me. One from hear. Butt one farm nroth karolina. Butt he ok!"

See we can talk like a Georgain!

I do need to know where the SC headquarters, just so I can give my commander an option on battle plan.
    See you there..

Anderson, Sc - 40.47 miles and 55 min drive
Greenville, Sc - 78.65 miles and 1 hr and 31 min drive

So pass it on and let them know I am closer than they think and see if we can up the SC numbers abd Ga numbers I look forward to seeing all of you guys soon and If you want something to do Friday night give me some ideas and I will see what i can do if we are going to have a crowd Friday night.

It's probably too soon to tell, but how are the sides shaping up? Like I said in an earlier post, I'm willing to volunteer for South Carolina and I have a friend who'll do the same. If you need us to go ahead and commit to one side or the other now in order to plan effectively, let me know. Gunner has a great field and this event is gonna be alot of fun regardless of whatever side we play. Like the merc's motto goes: "Shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out!"
