I reffed the first and last round. IT WAS INTENSE!!! I know you guys have some stories your itching to tell. So ill give mine from the second round. I was Zombie btw.

First was me and Andy. We were sneaking down the road across the bridge heading to the bridge. we were slowly creeping cause we could see lasers and lights flashing around every few seconds. it was tons of fun sneaking around only we had a few kids that followed us that did not listen to use when we told em to be quiet and not to be flashing their flashlights.

The next one was when we used our behind enemy lines perk. we let loose at the top of the woodsball area and most of us died. there was 3 of us including me and Poopdaddy. we all stood up and casually strode out of there like we was one of them to go back to base to regroup with our group taking out all of the Mercs frontline on the way back. EPIC!!!

i liked going throught the creek the 2nd time with scooter, blackhawk, and a person i don't know. we actually could move up and get some shots off. then nathan got out and the other kid came back and started making all sorts of noise with his radio. eventually he crawled away and kevin and I were waiting in suspense because there was a guy directly behind us. never did get him though cause we decided to go up top. It was REALLY hard to get from the woods to the town.

I had a lot of fun being on the Merc side. It was really cool being able to play in the river as me and Harris trudged through the muck. We crept slowly and quietly with Kevin and a member of Blackwater. We snuck up almost near the front line only to turn around and see a small army of children behind us, so there went our cover :p

Playing more with the Blackwater crew was also fun. I had played with them several times at Airdog's CQC field, but this time was a whole new experience. They constantly maintained (or tried to, as I overheard "words" of frustration of no contact)radio contact, which was turned out very important in the game.

Being a sentry for our HQ was a great experience. Paul did a kick-a$$ job of being our CO and had good strategical ideas for the game. It would be all quiet at one moment, then all of a sudden we would her a few shot over our heads the all 4 of our right side sentries would open up.

Great game in my opinion and worth the drive!

Commanding the Zombie side was alot of fun. I remember first using the Recon Perk with one of my buddies and another teammate and we scored a total of 30-40 kills from the Merc base to the creek where we finally got taken out. Both teams did a great job at their objectives and it got down to the wire at the very end.

It was great playing with all of you Mercs and Zombies and I'm looking forward to the next game.

Whoever shot me in the face while the first few minutes of the first game, that was fun.

And Poopdaddy, having a waiting game with you guys on the woods made me poop my pants, I really don't want to be shot with your gun.

And Harris and some of the multicam guys, talking and chilling in the middle of a firefight while standing in the middle of the field with no cover.

5-8 Mercs bunched up in one piece of cover and suddenly the Jeep came into play, we all tucked in this small hole.

Going with Paul around the woods to clear the zombies that got through.

And lastly, playing with my plate carrier, that thing can get kinda heavy.

I think being able to actually PLAY was the best part. No knee troubles for the most part.

Doing the "Sneeky Pete" accross the river and down the road was awesome. Took me back to my younger Infantry days. To the 3-4 guys/kids that I shot up at the bend in the road. I hope you are OK. Really. After words I felt kind of bad cause I know it had to hurt.

Seeing the "hail storm" of bb's coming from the woods.....wow.

To the ppl with radios......get a headset/ear piece so both sides don't hear your conversation. And....figure out how to turn off that musical beeping....kinda gives your position away. And for me....FIND A BETTER PLACE TO PUT MY RADIO!!!!!!!!!! Sry guys for CONSTANTLY hot-mikeing(sp?)

//rant on// Worst moment....."F&*% all you guys." From a guy a shot. Really?????????????? Maybe this game was past your bedtime and you were just tired and cranky??? If was really that big of a deal to you....follow the rules. Call a Ref, dispute it, and we would both respawn. No need for the potty mouth, especially with all the "little kids" around. //rant off//

Still, this was a fantastic game....as usuall. I was glad to see some people that I have not seen in some time. Next game I will be in my new MC playing with my son. TEAM ANDERSON

First off i'd like to thank Paul for his awesome commanding skills. I definitely had fun on saturday, and spent most of the time fighting with Harris, Nathan and the other multicam guys. Probably spent at least 2 hours crouching beside a riverbed on the first and last game waiting for some action. Funniest thing I saw was the bunch of kids who kept rolling the wooden spools towards the enemy.

    Thanks everyone for coming out.
We had 100+ players attend ZombieFest II !!
It was a great time with the full moon and hard work put into ACZ from the volunteers.
We hope you enjoyed the field layout and visual props.
The game was pretty much a tie with zombies completing the gold skull, skeleton missions.
The zombies also held the lab area successfully.
Mercs completed the two part zombie syrum mission and the bombing missions for the bridge, jeeps and truck.
The tie breaker occurred before midnight with the Mercs successfully taking the zombie base, which was led by Blackwater.

Congratulations to the best dressed zombie that won the Eotech 551 replica!
Congrats to the other players that also won Magpul and Hokkatsu prizes.

I will have part one of the pics up later this afternoon on the AIRDOG website Gallery.

Man this was a Great game. Very well put on and over seen by the reffs.

Best part for sure for me was the last 30 minutes of the night. I ran up to clear a bunker with some guys and then they moved so I moved with them. Later down the road we were walking on I realize that I was with BlackWater. The 4 of them I was with were very professional and had great tactics, much respect to them. We ended up spending 20-30ish minutes flanking zombie base and planting the final strobe charge on their base and holding for about 5 minutes till they called the game.
    Awesome game. Thanks Airdog.

Wow, Where do I start.. Zombie Fest was extremely cool. I think the night play was the most interesting though. For starters its was hard to identify your team mates... I was sitting for a good 20 mins shooting at what I thought was the enemy team when in fact it was actually Vince, Rambo and their guys lol. Then when Rambo and I were reffing, we had positioned ourselves near the town when all of sudden a huge standpeed of players came shooting... all were shot which was an epic fail for the mercs but still you could hear the rush of feet as they came our way which was kind of scary. Overall it was great night and there was alot of great gameplay, I can't wait for next years game.

Saturday I played a Zombie... Sunday I was a Zombie. I was totaly wiped out yesterday (didn't get to bed till 3:00am got up @ 7:00). Zombie Fest2 was worth it all!
My favorite moment had to be winning the EOTECH 551. it was well worth getting all "dolled up" for you guys. (now i just got to get all that crap out of my gear)
    other best:
Like Andy said- seeing the hail storm of bbs coming out of the wood line was pretty cool
Useing the jeep as cover to the merc. side, peeling of at the sniper tower to the wood line, only to find a 8ft drop to the creek, sliding down to near knee deep water. hearing peeps to my left and right not knowing who's who waiting 5min or so in the water thinking man I realy got to pee. Listening to my teamate in the tower shread some mercs that were brave enough to come his way. my waiting payed off and took out the guys in the creek. Working my way out of the creek laying in the woods and just listening. A pack of coyots started howling about a mile away and that was way cool for some reason to me. Being behind enemy lines, flash lights and lasers all around me, cut of from my team, I decide to head back. Take out a few more mercs from the wood line and then the gig is over. Normaly not the lone wolf guy but that was kinda fun.
Playing in the town with full auto. love the sound of bbs hitting metal
playing Z.F.2 with my son... priceless
To all the other players: Thanks for fun night of honest play and clean language... well most of ya at least.
To Airdog and the others that help put Zombie Fest2 together: Thanks so much it was very apparent that yall put a lot of effort into the whole OP from start to finish.
To qoute my son "Airdog is so Beast"
