Re: Zombiefest III AAR
Sorry for the delay in the official announcement.
The Zombie team won ZF3 with a score of 590 points vs. the Military team which scored 270 points.
The majority of the Zombie points were won before the dinner break with the Zombies recovering a ton of skulls, body parts and maintaining the domination points.
There were too many awesome events to capture in this single post, but a couple are note worthy.
The first involves my son Devin, who single handed eliminated about 8 players that were clustered behind a bunker.
It was a classic move with good cover fire from his team mates that allowed him to rush the bunker and get a good angle on the tangos.
Next is a similar situation in another location of the field where a younger player named Max (sorry not sure of his screen name on MAA), also eliminated about 10 players by a safety kill (surrender).
The twist is he rushed the bunker and eliminated the players without a mag in his weapon! Nice work!
Finally is the story of Vince's 20+ knife kills in the night session.
Vince set off the starburst flare deep in Zombie territory and later started his rampage that took the Zombies by surprise.
Overall it was a good game.
My only complaint from the Admin stand point was the lack of kill rags and red glow sticks used by "dead" players.
This is key and the best way to avoid getting lit up when calling / waiting for a medic and remaining in lanes of fire.
There were a couple of issues with players not calling their hits and players thinking they hit other players.
No offense but this is the nature of noob integrity and airsoft is not real steel.
Almost forgot....
Congrats to Morgan who won the best dressed zombie contest.
She walked away with a new KWA ATP!
Thanks everyone for coming out to ZF3!

Re: Zombiefest III AAR
I made a short zombiefest video from the clips that I got. I didn't get a lot because I was playing most the time >u<
